Unity Community Services Corp is a professional and dedicated community services organization committed to empowering individuals, seniors, people with disabilities, and families through guidance, advocacy, and research-driven solutions.

Our leadership brings over 25 years of experience in community development, public service navigation, transportation access, and social support systems. Over the past five years, we have witnessed increasing challenges related to public health, economic instability, and access to benefits—and UCSC was created in direct response to those challenges.
